BACKGROUND STORY
George Otto Trevelyan, a wealthy proprietor of the largest estate in Harrow, Leicestershire, led a distant life. A life measured in darkness and spoonfuls of black, unsweetened coffee. His movements could only be gauged by hunched-over window silhouettes and breathy cigar fumes. Despite his curmudgeon-like exterior, fittingly for the gloom of England's countryside, he had not always been so cold. Once, long ago, he was a joyous man with all of the benefits in the world. Blessed with the recently renovated 119-bedroom mansion, the steam-pressed collards, the silk ties from the Orient, and the comfort of a loving wife at his side, George Otto Trevelyan led a charming, aristocratic life.
It would not last however. Upon the discovery of his wife's suicide, he lost his mind or, at least, his joie de vivre for Baroque furniture and geometric landscaping. With the ramparts left in dust, where the limp corpse of the late Madame Trevelyan had been found by a recently-hired parlormaid, Mister Trevelyan boarded up the house, gated it from the passing glances of curious strangers and schoolchildren, and became a dark recluse. He kept his employees, however, and they kept the house in remarkably stellar fashion for the next seventeen years.
Seventeen years after the death of his wife, another mystery struck Harrow when the aloof Mister Trevelyan made headlines and the obituary section at the same time. Stabbed ruthlessly on his back side, the millionaire collapsed head first onto his mahogany desk, quill gently falling out of hand, and a dying fireplace flickering indefinitely. He was writing a letter of some kind, and the parchment paper, slightly crumbled, imprinted eleven names, scribbled haphazardly in sloppy handwriting.

ABOUT THE GAME
Human duplicity rarely reveals itself. The separation between true wickedness and ignorant truth is hard to discern. In this scenario, twelve seemingly innocent people gather in the dark mansion of a wealthy millionaire for a will reading. Little do they know that among them is a killer--a double agent, a saboteur--whose only objective is to ensure that all of Mister George Otto Trevelyan's property and money are endowed to him or her. The guests must work together to complete various mental challenges to collect clues to build up a significant reading on the identity of the murderer.
The killer not only is hidden among them, but he or she must avoid drawing any sort of suspicion. Using journals provided in the library, the guests become players in a live Agatha Christie-like whodunit, in which their lives at stake. Using these journals, players must track vast amounts of minutiae about the person(s) they suspect of being the killer, such as ordering, quotations, minor discussion topics, and maneuvers in the game. The quiz at the end of the first round will test player's knowledge on the Mole, and determines by the lowest score (or slowest time, in the event of a tie) who is killed off by the killer. In alternating rounds, the electricity will turn off and allow for the killer to strike. Players must systematically choose a room in which to hide. A gruesome story report will be posted to signify the death.
Along with "Exemption" challenges which will prevent the killer from slaughtering a certain player, there may also be "Clue" challenges
in which players will be forced to work together to collective accrue clues on the identity of the killer. Of course, the murderer's mission to slyly
sabotage such challenges in order to halt any potential suspicion cast on him or her.

A LETTER OF INVITATION
To Whom It May Concern,
The testator has regulated the rights of others over his property after his death in the form of a will. Since the untimely
death of Sir George Otto Trevelyan, a probate proceeding was initiated in court to determine the validity of the will which the aforementioned testator had
supposedly created. In the event, the will is ruled invalid in probate then inheritance will occur under the laws of intestacy as if a will were never drafted.
In this scenario, the will has been ruled valid in probate, and the executor of the will has been appointed for a will reading.
The court executor invites you to attend the will reading of Sir George Otto Trevelyan in his home in Marrow, Leicestershire as your name has been recognized
on a letter drafted in the last hour of the testator's death. Room and board will be provided as per request of the will's devise. Funerary
participation may be attended at the discretion of each individual guest.
Signed. (Dated: June 17, 2008)
